$7 without boba, expensive. The menu didn't say we had an option of sugar%. The supposedly hot drink was barely warm. The lychee tea was made with jasmine tea for some reason.

My first time here and I was unfortunately disappointed. I ordered the classic black milk tea with honey boba 75% sweet. The drink was sooooo diluted—borderline milk water instead of milk tea. In my opinion, if a boba shop cannot produce a decent, basic, black milk tea, then all is lost Save your $6.10+tax and maybe try something else on the menu.
RE to management: Thanks for the reply. That is great that Boba Bar uses fresh milk, I appreciate the consideration for a healthy option. But do you guys use 1%,2%, whole milk, or half and half ? Maybe that would change the quality of the milk tea or maybe the brewing process of the tea could improve.
Hi there, thank you for stopping by and sorry it did not meet your expectation. Please understand our milk tea is made with fresh milk instead of creamer like other places. We realize that consuming a big amount of creamer is not good for our body especially for those boba lovers who drink milktea everyday. We make it simple just tea and fresh milk.

came here because it was close to school and if you are a coffee lover you definitely need to try the iced Vietnamese coffee!! if you also like boba add it to the coffee and it’s a 10/10!!!
service here however is not that great. you can wait at the register for awhile and sometimes a person working on the boba will look at you but not help you. 8/10
Hi there, thank you for stopping by and give us a try. I love the Vietnamese coffee too. In order to help reduce work for our employees and to add convenience to our customers, we have installed a self kiosk by the entrance door. We will definitely help you at the counter too but there will be a little wait since we have to get orders from the kiosk done, especially when there was only one employee at work. Hope you understand. Thanks again and hope to see you next time.

About $15 for 2 drinks and you can’t even fill them up all the way?
How far you’ve fallen, boba bar.

A classic spot. They've had a lot of changes over the years but I still like going there for boba and snacks during con season. I miss their cat carne too. Sometimes wait is a little long but the line always goes relatively fast. I recommend their jellys and kimchi fries the most. I usually get regular fruit teas w no boba and I'm satisfied

Decent food. Decent smoothies. Nothing too incredible. I was sort of expecting more.

This place is really good if you want a bite to eat and to have some tasty boba! I'd had the kimchi bowl which hit the spot after being at a convention all day. I enjoyed their Honey Milk Tea w/50% sugar recently.

They have really good boba specifically for me the Rose Green Tea with Lychee Jelly and the classic Taro Milk Tea. I got the Vietnamese ice coffee and it was made perfect. The popcorn chicken tasted bland to me…and dry compared to other boba shops but it's okay.

A staple spot for con-goers since it's walkable from the SJ McEnery con center. A lot of great food and drink options, I loved the popcorn chicken!

We JUST discovered this place a couple of weeks ago and absolutely fell in LOVE! Absolutely *delicious* boba. Bonus points, they're LGBTQ+ friendly ️ ️

The interior is small an intimate, but the food is really good and served quickly. The SOYUM chicken wings are one I f the best items on the menu and my absolute favorite dish served here

The place is a cozy building. Clean. Staff friendly. Good verity of options. Some small finger food options. The mango Mojito boba was good, but not extraordinary. The jelly was so so. Not enough mint or the mango syrup was dominant. The puffy chicken was tasteless and too dry. Not sure if it should stay on the menue.
Save your $6.10+tax and maybe try something else on the menu.
